And the loser of the month for July 2007 is...

Larko!

The not-so-fearless ruler of the Rogue Galaxy (whose natives, sadly, don't look much like this Rogue) earns the Loser of the Month award for failing to help us conquer Galaxy Garrison Headquarters and running out on us in the heat of battle.

By reputation, Larko is a fierce fighter and conqueror, and his spider ships are known throughout the Denubian as a force to be reckoned with. 

When King Zarkon forged an alliance with him, we figured with our combined forces, taking over Galaxy Garrison HQ (with the Voltron Force there in a meeting as a bonus) was a mission in the bag.

Well, it would've been, except that when the going got tough, Larko got going.  Through a series of very unfortunate events, Prince Lotor and I wound up on the losing end of things.  Although we did not get "so scared we ran away" as Princess Allura likes to say (actually, we were laying low from fire fixing a lazon leak in our ship), we do have a radio feed of the mighty ruler of the rogues saying, "I'm scared, let's go home!"

So for being a complete wuss and bailing on us when we could've used a hand, as well as giving the GA license to make fun of us for months on end (and wrongly accuse Prince Lotor and I of cowardice!), Larko, you are July's not-so-proud winner of the Loser of the Month!

And if you think winning this award is scary, when you see the "surprise" Haggar sent you, you'd better be wearing your Depends.
