2. Season One, Episode Two - “Escape To Another Planet”

Doom Log File Title: “Pursuit”

Summary:  After miraculously escaping the dungeon in Castle Doom and evading a pursuing attack force with surprising skill for pilots who had never previously flown a Doom craft, the five space explorers crash spectacularly on planet Arus, don’t die, and hook up with Coran and King Alfor’s daughter Princess Allura in the Castle of Lions.

Notable Doom Highlights:  Not a whole lot was going on with us while we searched for the space explorers.  Yurak had his robots scanning all over Arus for signs of the escaped prisoners, and they were eventually tracked to the Castle of Lions.  The audio files do have an entertaining recording of him griping to his robots that he can’t tell Zarkon that he was thwarted by fog, though.

My fleet can travel the stars, conquer distant worlds, crush civilizations and enslave without mercy…but a vertically challenged cloud impedes it?!  If I had been made aware of this, I’d have ripped his furry head off and shoved it up his cybernetic anus and then kicked him down the stairs! 

Notes:  The GA released some footage about Voltron itself and how Haggar split him up way back when.  Yurak’s notes confirmed that she said she did indeed do Voltron in years ago, but she said that she didn’t think her old body could withstand channeling that kind of magic these days so she can’t just do it again. 

She has hinted enough times to what she would need to be able to channel the spell again for victory, but I’d rather be celibate and lose.
