So you're brave enough to venture into the mind and lesser known secrets of Cossack the Terrible and the webmistress promoting him?  You asked for it!  If you want to know about Cheezey specifically, click her name, otherwise read on.

Trivia and other assorted facts about Zarkon's snarky commander:

The symbol on my helmet bears a startling resemblance to the symbol of the Ancient Spirits of Evil worn by Thundercats' Mumm-Ra the Ever-Living.  On Planet Doom, this symbol is considered a talisman of strength, or something like that.  Haggar had it put on my helmet, and I thought it looked cool.

Somewhere on the internet a rather interesting, if not somewhat amusing, theory about my parentage was posted, stating that I was the "overgrown smurf lovechild of Haggar and Yurak."  This is definitely not true!

First of all, Yurak might have been Zarkon's fleet commander before me, but he's not that much older than I am.

Secondly, Haggar couldn't stand Yurak and hated his ego.  I do not believe this relationship extended into the love-hate realm, either.  There's only one individual Haggar love-hates, and it's not dog-face, but more like fish-face, if you get my drift.

Thirdly, Mom loved and adored me and called me her "terrible terror" when I was growing up.  Haggar on the other hand enjoys picking on me.  She's definitely not "mommy" material.

And finally, and most importantly, in order for me to be Haggar's child, that would mean she had sex.  Do you really want to picture that?  I didn't think so!  Now, moving right along...

There's reason I always wear my helmet and you rarely see me take it off.
I have horrible helmet hair.  I'm very sensitive about it.

The webmistress, Cheezey, put me in charge of this page because she finds me incredibly amusing.

Huzzah!  I have a fan!

Anyway, Cheezey said she put me in charge of this page because I'm so much fun, and she likes any evildoer who knows how to have a good time.  She suggested that we here at Castle Doom go have a beer or four with the Lunatacs over at her Thundercats page, since very few understand what she sees in them either.

For the record, her favorite episode featuring me is War and Peace... and Doom!  The episodes A Ghost of a Chance (Alfor contrivance aside) and Enter Merla: Queen of Darkness are runners-up.  Of the episodes before my time, her favorites are Surrender, Bad Birthday Party, The Treasure of Planet Tyrus, and Lotor's New Hit Man.

She now has seen all the lion Voltron episodes!  Well, sort of.  She still hasn't watched all of V3D, but we like to pretend that never happened.

Speaking of episodes, she asked me to point out that the Voltron episodes are now available on DVD in Australia from a crazy company called Madman and more recently in the US remastered by Media Blasters.
