Yes, it's true, there are those that have been less than satisfied by the heartfelt advice that our dear columnists have given out so generously! This page was created to house those nasty letters that have been sent in by unhappy individuals who have taken the sad route of passive-agressive emailing to vent their frustrations, as well as the responses of our hosts.
