Chapter 3:The Rescue

"Ahhh!" Liono sailed down and he could barely think. All he knows is to get help. Clutching the Sword of Omens, he gave the tcat signal.

Glenvia wrinkled her nose when she saw her father's allies. She wasn't expecting a lizard, ape, fox and vulture to be her father's allies. You sure have great taste, dad, she muttered under her breadth. "Ah, Glenvia these are the mutants." Glenvia stared at them and Mummra shot her a "I don't have a choice" look. Rude, crude and dirty are those mutants. " Dad, why must you have allies? Is earth in trouble?" mummra signed, "Long story Glen, you see there are enem….." before he could finished, the cauldron begun to bubbled. A scene began to form in it. "It is the thundercat signal coming from the bottomless chaste!" Jackalman exclaimed. The cauldron went on showing Liono falling endlessly. "But why isn't he up yet! Dad! Can't he teleport?" Glenvia was real puzzled. The mutants all burst out laughing. "Of course not! He's…." before they could finish, Glenvia was gone.

"snarf snarf, Liono is down there somewhere. What r we going to do? Snarf, snarf." " honestly snarf, I have not a single idea" panthro was skeptical. "it is a long way down and liono is ahead of us." All the tcats had already arrived at the bottomless chaste, looking grim. They can't throw a rope down because liono is falling faster than the rope." No matter what happen, never give up trying!" Cheetata shouted. "Thundercats, ho!" each of them had their determination renew. So, they come up with the idea of …well…. sitting down and come up with a good plan. (that' s kinda lame) "I hope Liono doesn't get hungry so soon, snarf, snarf"

Glenvia panted as she slowly exhaled and breathe in heavily. She was teleporting out of the pyramid when she realise she needed to preserve her teleporting strength. She will need all her powers to locate that red-haired guy and teleport both of them back. Running is good exercise, she told herself as she continue sprinting towards her "slide."

This is getting far too long. liono thought as he continue to sail endlessly down. He had tried to jab the sword into one of the cliffs but they are too far away. (almost lose the sword)The pain in his neck is starting to hurt again and he also realized that if he ever stop falling and get out, the first place he would go is the loo. (one could not prevent nature from calling, could he?)

By now, Willa and Nadya had heard of the problem and arrived. " this is terrible" Willa said as she looked down the dark space. Nadya nodded. " no one ever gets out before" Nadya said, recalling some of the fellow warrior maidens plight after falling into the hole. "snarf, snarf, who is that?!" Out of the blue, a person dressed in strange clothes(yes in the six garments) jump in straight down…

Glenvia had estimated the distance Liono is away from her. She would had to recite a speed spell to reach him, and teleport both of them up, if she has not exhaust herself by then. Taking a deep breath, she mumbled the spell and she was zooming down at a great speed.

The impact of gravity had started to make Liono feel giddy and the pain his neck was killing him. He could do nothing but to curse himself from ever crossing path with that weird eccentric girl who had push him down for the fact that he saved her live. If he ever see that girl again, he would as a ghost haunt her down and make her live miserable. The suddenness of another figure above him surprised him and to his utter dismay, it was that same girl whom he would haunt as a ghost.

Glenvia was a little relief when she grab Liono by the arm. Liono had wanted to scream at her but something in her eyes cut him off. He sense that she was not taking this too well either and he know that biting her head off is not going to help. Glenvia knew that the hardest part now is to teleport both of them up. She allowed gravity to pull them down a little further before making her final move. Her whole body tense as she chant the spell that will wear off her energy and make her stay in bed for a week. In a flash, the two figures that were once there disappear.

When they reappear again, ground was firmly beneath them. The rest of the Thundercats hurried towards them. Glenvia struggled to regain her composure as a throbbing blackness fought to overcome her. She however lose the fight and Liono managed to catch her, again.
